Pavilion Damansara Heights is situated at the entrance of an affluent residential neighborhood, five kilometers west of Kuala Lumpur City Center. It is supported by a robust encircling network of infrastructure, including a new elevated highway and a direct link to the Pusat Bandar Damansara Metropolitan Transit station.
Pavilion Damansara Heights’ complex programme is expressed as a bold massing: an array of tightly spaced towers sitting on top of a linear podium. The dense, vertical arrangement of this urban island is rendered visually more supple using a simple palette of materials and colors. Reflective glass lightens the daytime appearance of the towers while the Podium’s alternating metal, glass and stone materials define the multiple addresses and relate it visually to the surrounding pedestrian realm.
The interior of the Retail Mall is dressed in a minimalist coloor palette, contrasting off-whites with dark-bronze-coloured surfaces and edges. The top floor of the Retail Mall is reserved for an interior food and beverage street, covered by a continuous, linear skylight. This destination-floor-level is accessible via elevators and escalators, allowing after-hours guests.
