Ms. Lau is a skilled project and property manager whose technical skills were used to realise the Mines Shopping Fair in Selangor. With her background in architecture and retail design management, Ms. Lau managed all retail design works inside the shopping mall, controlled tenant’s design based on retail knowledge, instituted quality control for the design of shop lots and kiosks, coordinated with contractors and guided tenants on the delivery process.

In her current position, Ms. Lau takes the tenancy experience at Pavilion Kuala Lumpur to the next level and provides a comprehensive point of contact for potential tenants. She uses her keen insight and knowledge into the retail experience, gained through elaborate research and studying of regional trends in retail and fashion to oversee the retail outlet construction process from start to finish.

Given her technical proficiency, she is able to manage design directives and guidelines from tenants, oversee design procedures, inspections and quality control during tenants’ fit-out until completion. Ms. Lau is able to provide solutions for many design and technical challenges faced by tenants as well as advice on restrictions imposed by local authorities.
