Gong Song Jung - Associate, Design Architect

Joined Kuala Lumpur Pavilion Design Studio in 2009Mr. Gong has over 13 years experience both in architecture and interior design in mixed-developments, high-rise luxury residence, hotel interiors, office buildings, academic buildings, equestrian centres and theme parks.
Prior to joining Pavilion Group, Mr. Gong was a senior design architect with several developer firms and he has steered both the architectural and interior designs for the Grace Hotel in Sydney, Niseko Ski Resort in Japan, Low Yat Plaza Mall, Taman Tamadun Islamic Theme Park and the Penang International Equestrian Center.
More recently, he led the mall enhancement design and retail planning for Elite, Pavilion Kuala Lumpur mall's extension in the heart of the city's Golden Triangle.
Mr. Gong has enthusiastically participated in numerous architecture and master planning competitions both locally and internationally for the Huludao Linear City in China, Shanghai Star Cruise Terminal in China, Duxton Housing International in Singapore and The National Millennium Monument in Malaysia.
His passion in architecture has shaped his belief that the synergy of architectural elements form the negation and collision of spaces in reality.
