Form, structure and order. These are important elements considered by KL Pavilion Design Studio in all its projects. You will be tasked with managing the Studio's benchmark-setting projects and you will need to ensure that the Studio follows its schedules with pinpoint accuracy.

Honed over years of experience, you will be able to demonstrate a natural ability to holistically plan and manage large-scale projects. Working alongside an award-winning team, your foundation in Civil and Structure or Architecture will enable you to speak the same language as the team to ensure the smooth execution of all projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage projects which include coordinating, budgeting, tendering, scheduling, quality control and monitoring of projects

Requirements

• Degree in Civil and Structure, Architecture or its equivalent
• Minimum 10 years experience in project management of building works
• Familiar with project development processes and procedures in shopping centre or high-rise development projects
